I joined the 3-day Sapa tour through KKday, operated by SST Travel, and highly recommend both. The sleeper bus was very comfortable, and the hotel had an excellent location in the town center. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel staff provided outstanding service, including early check-in, paid late check-out, assistance with cable car tickets, and complimentary transportation. Throughout the trip, the SST Travel team was professional, responsive, and always available to help with transportation and any questions, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. One tip for future travelers: there is an even livelier shopping street within walking distance of the hotel. Also, shopping in Sapa is generally cheaper than in Hanoi, with fixed prices, so it’s a great place to buy souvenirs. Thank you, KKday and SST Travel, for a wonderful and well-organized experience!

The trip was alright and I visited several places in Sapa. However, during the trip around the village, some locals followed us to the hike and at the end of the day, we are forced to buy their products which I don’t need it at all. Other than that, everything is fine.

I was so lucky to be able to trek with an amazing tour guide in Sua. Sua was very knowledgable about her culture but so open to sharing. I felt like I left with really being taken care of. I hope to come back and experience the culture for a longer time. The trek is life-changing, you will not be disappointed.

왕복 교통편을 제외하고 사파에서 참여하는 투어를 신청했습니다. 첫째날엔 깟깟마을, 둘째날엔 판시판과 타반마을 중 선택이었습니다. 가이드는 친절하고 좋았습니다. 호텔도 깨끗했고, 호텔에서 제공해주는 네 끼의 식사 모두 정갈하니 좋았습니다. 다만 갓깟마을에서 전통의상을 입고 싶다고 미리 말했는데 현지에서 그룹 투어라 불가능하다고 해서 입지 못한부분, 타반마을 기념품 강매가 싫어서 가이드 투어를 신청한 건데 가이드가 기념품 판매하는 할머니를 제지하지 않고 함께 따라다니도록 수용한 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에 나머지는 모두 훌륭하고 만족스러웠습니다.

Overall a great trip, tour guide is knowledgeable, hotel condition is great with balcony and views of Sa Pa. We picked the 3 star hotel option with Sapa Unique hotel, some guests on the same trip chose 5 star hotel at KK Sapa hotel. All meals are served in Sapa Unique, great home cooked food. The hotel manager, Viet at Sapa Unique speaks fluent english and is very hospitable. The limousine car ride from Hanoi to Sapa can be very bumpy especially if you’re seated behind - avoid it if you easily get motion sickness. The tour itinerary may change based on weather condition, highly recommend to visit Fansipan when it’s less foggy, and on a weekday (weekend ticket prices are about 100,000 VND more per pax). The hiking trails at Ta Van can be quite challenging for beginners.

行程说得上是体贴周到，服务到位。景点都是送你到达门口。只是唯一一点的是食物不适合我，毕竟我选的是3星酒店，我也不能期望的太高。这旅程是很值得推荐的。
