When I originally booked the shuttle, the departure time was 9:00 am, with a 10:30 arrival at Nami Island. KKDay changed the departure time to 9:40, meaning we wouldn't arrive at Nami Island until 11:20. The Nami departure time stayed the same at 4:30 pm, so that was the loss of nearly 1 hour. Moreover, because of the holiday on August 15, it took more than 3 hours instead of 90 minutes to arrive at Nami. This is not KKDay's fault, but they should have anticipated the traffic and made an EARLIER departure time instead. We arrived at Nami at 1:00 pm instead of 11:20, and had to depart at 4:30, so we had only 3 and a half hours on the island. KKDay refused to refund any travelers who wanted to take public transportation back to Seoul instead of the 4:30 shuttle. The island itself was fantastic but I will not be using this company again.

Booked this with no expectations. Mr Jay brought us to the places that we planned in our itinerary and communicated well in spoken Chinese. He was also able to type in English. Take note that parking charges has to be borne by the buyer ib Seoul city. 3 places was just nice.

包車的行程很順利，都在規劃的時間內完成。

記得先去售票櫃檯換成指定搭乘時間的紙本票，可選擇的班次很多、搭車的人很少接近包車的狀態，座椅舒服且很快就到機場了。COEX本身也是很好逛好買的商場，餐廳也多還有知名的星空圖書館，建議可以安排提早幾個小時到此慢慢逛街再搭車，如果旅行的結束點是在江南附近的話非常推薦搭乘。

仁川第一ターミナルの場合、到着ターミナルを出たら左に左に歩いて3〜5あたりのチケットカウンターでバウチャーを見せて紙チケットに交換します。 中央付近のバス会社とは運営が異なるようです。

網上購票方便迅速，且標示完整，到現場只需出示憑證即可兌換！

去程上車時會順便拿到回程的車票，千萬記得要好好保管。回程時也是在樂寶樂園下車的地方搭車，但不一定會是搭同班車，所以就算提早來也不能提早上車喔！要等到有個統籌人出來喊「開往OO、XX」再遵循指示＆出示回程車票上車，雖然是講韓語，但只要會聽關鍵字就可以了

使い方が分かりにくく、駅のインフォメーションでも分からないと言われるバウチャー。 言葉も通じないし、インフォメーションの担当は仁川もソウルも不親切。現地での指導を徹底してほしい
