Meet your guide and set off on a walk to the neighborhood where Anne Frank and her family lived before they went into hiding. Visit her old school, the ice-cream parlor, and the bookshop where she bought her diary.
As you walk, listen to your guide tell you the story of the Jewish people in Amsterdam during the war and how the city underwent the German occupation. Learn about the history of Amsterdam and its inhabitants during the 2nd World War.
After the walk you take the tram to the city center and after a short walk you are at the Anne Frank House.
Tickets are only available if you book 7 weeks in advance! I will book them for you, if available. Starting time of the walking tour can be adjusted to the entrance time of the Anne Frank House. If that is more than a 30 minute difference and it conflicts with your schedule you can receive a full refund for the affected booking.
Occasionally it is possible to get tickets for the Anne Frank House, about two weeks before your visit. No guarantees, but please check, we might be lucky!
