Amsterdam: Private Nature Tour with Forester & Photographer｜Netherlands

Depart from Amsterdam by private vehicle and travel into some of the country’s most remarkable natural areas. The exact route is flexible and adapted to season, wildlife activity, and your interests.

One possible destination is the Veluwe, the largest continuous natural landscape in the country. Walk through dense forests, heathlands, and sand drifts while learning about ecosystems, biodiversity, and forest management. With luck, you may spot deer, wild boar, or birds of prey — all interpreted through the trained eye of your forester guide.

Another option is the Oostvaardersplassen, one of Europe’s most fascinating rewilding projects. This vast wetland landscape is home to large grazing animals and countless bird species. Your guide explains modern conservation, rewilding philosophy, and how humans and nature interact in a reclaimed land.

For guests seeking a truly special experience, the tour can extend to Texel, often ranked among the top nature destinations in Europe. Explore dunes, beaches, salt marshes, and bird reserves, experiencing an extraordinary diversity of landscapes in one place.

Throughout the day, a professional wildlife photographer helps you capture animals, landscapes, and details — offering guidance on composition, light, and patience in nature. Whether you’re using a phone or a professional camera, you’ll come away with images that reflect real encounters, not staged moments.

Meanwhile, the certified forester explains what you see: animal tracks, plant species, seasonal changes, forest cycles, and the subtle “miracles” of nature most visitors miss.
