Begin your tour by meeting your guide in Prague’s Old Town. Climb aboard an electric carriage and set off on a guided city tour to the first brewery. As you travel, listen to your guide share fascinating stories about the city’s history.
We’re stepping off the tourist path and arrive at Automat Matuška, modern iteration of Czech beer culture. It is a true neighborhood spot where you can drink and relax like a real local. Choose any beer from the menu and enjoy it inside or outside the carriage.
Continue to the Strahov Monastery. It is the oldest Premonstratensian monastery in Bohemia, founded in 1143, and one of the most significant architectural monuments in the Czech Republic. Sample another beer from the monastic brewery, still actively maintained by the monastery itself, and take in one of the best views of the city and Lesser Town from Bellavista viewpoint
Finally, head to the Lesser Town, right next to the Charles Bridge, and stop at Lokál U Bílé kuželky. Tucked away in the cozy lanes of the Lesser Town, yet one of the largest Lokál venues—a place where throngs of tourists and regulars alike come together. The site originally housed a wine bar, then became a popular beer hall in 1862, and we continue the tradition of pouring that golden brew to this day. Enjoy your final beer and end your tour at this iconic location.
