Leave Paris at 7:00 AM for a private journey to Waterloo, where Napoleon fought his final battle on June 18, 1815. Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle and meet your local battlefield guide upon arrival in Belgium.

Begin at the Domaine of the Battle of Waterloo 1815. Explore the Memorial Museum and follow an immersive presentation of the campaign, the opposing armies, and the events that changed the political future of Europe.

Visit the historic Panorama, featuring a monumental circular painting of the battle. Continue to the Lion’s Mound, built on the battlefield where the Prince of Orange was wounded. Climb its 226 steps, if you wish, for panoramic views across the positions occupied by Napoleon, Wellington, and the Allied armies.

After free time for lunch, continue to Hougoumont Farm, one of the most fiercely contested positions of the battle. See its courtyards, chapel, gates, and surviving buildings while learning why the fighting at Hougoumont became known as “the battle within the battle.”

Visit Napoleon’s Last Headquarters at the Ferme du Caillou, where the French emperor spent the night before the battle and prepared his final plans.

Complete the historical journey at the Wellington Museum, housed in the former headquarters of the Duke of Wellington. See authentic weapons, documents, engravings, and rooms connected to the Allied commander, who wrote his victory dispatch here after the battle.

At 5:00 PM, begin the private return journey to Paris. Drop-off at your hotel or accommodation is expected in the evening.
