Meet your guide at Prado Beach in Marseille and embark on a guided immersive seaside experience. Designed to help you slow down, release mental pressure, and reconnect with yourself, this experience will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally balanced.

Begin with a guided breathwork session to help you relax and center yourself. Then, engage in journaling and guided reflection to gain clarity and insight into your thoughts and emotions, set to an immersive sound track of integrated music and working with nature and the sounds of the waves, designed to deepen your emotional experience.

Reconnect with nature by the sea, allowing the calming environment to help restore your clarity and balance as you engage in cleansing Mediterranean Sea rituals.

Engage in gentle inner work focused on emotional reset and reconnection, working with nature to calm your mind and restore clarity. Leave the experience feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a renewed sense of balance and perspective.

The guide is shamanically trained in deep breathwork and journeying and is an intuition and divination specialist with 10 years of experience.
