The guide spoke mostly in Chinese, and even when we arrived in front of the hotel entrance for Snowy Land, he continued speaking only in Chinese. Because of this, I didn’t understand that we had reached the destination and did not get off the bus until the driver came to call us. As a result, my family received our Snowy Land tickets last because the staff had to go and purchase new ones, and I had to stand in the cold wind with my child while other families received their tickets first. The guide seemed to pay more attention to the ski group and did not take proper care of the Snowy Land tour group.

2日1夜團，唔使自己煩交通/酒店/租衫，帶小朋友都係方便之選。仲包埋snowyland入場，小朋友玩得好開心。

一大早在弘大上車，有早餐提供，首先會有裝備簡介，有套裝發售（頭盔10000韓元租用，如另購手套，襪和面巾可以以組合價50000韓元購買）。護目鏡，滑雪服等其他裝備則包含在費用之內。是次活動參加了雙板滑雪，導遊兼教練Gulick教得很好，初學者能輕鬆掌握滑雪技巧。午餐自費，自由活動時間大概有3-4小時。
