• If there are any issues during ticket collection, please contact customer service before the ferry departure time for assistance. No refund or exchange will be provided without prior communication.
• Once the ferry ticket has been issued, it cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded.
• Ferry departure times from Malaysia (Johor Bahru) follow Malaysia Time, while departures from Indonesia (Batam) follow Indonesia Time. Please check carefully before travel.

For departures from Johor Bahru, Malaysia, if the passenger name provided does not match the passport details, an additional Boarding Pass reprint fee of RM16 per ticket will be charged. This fee is mandatory and imposed by the terminal authorities, not the ferry operator.
