if you sit at second level you can smell ciggarates when there is people smoke outside

Redemption of actual tickets using QR code is at LEVEL 3. Recommend you to reach at least an hour earlier to smoothly redeem tickets, check in and clear custom. The ferry itself is clean and seats are comfortable. The route there is a little bumpy though. Not sure if it’s the water or the speed but I had a little motion sickness. Can open front or back doors to go out and take a fresh breath luckily. Overall a decent experience.
