7-seater minivan (Van/Alphard assigned randomly, specific models cannot be requested) | Max 6 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage ※ 5 passengers recommended for maximum comfort;

If traveling with 6 adults, space will be tight; upgrading to a 10-seater vehicle is recommended. 

Toyota Alphard Luxury 7-seater (Captain Seats) | Max 6 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage ※ 5 passengers recommended for maximum comfort;

If traveling with 6 adults, space will be slightly tight.

10-seater vehicle (Toyota Hiace, etc.) | Max 9 passengers + 10 pieces of luggage・14-seater vehicle (Hiace Long) | Max 11 passengers + 8 pieces of luggage ※ Can accommodate up to 13 passengers if there is no luggage. 

18-seater vehicle (Toyota Coaster, etc.) | Max 18 passengers + 18 pieces of luggage or up to 23 passengers (including auxiliary seats, limited to small luggage, max 10 pieces) ※ When using auxiliary seats, it is recommended to carry small luggage to avoid affecting seating comfort.

All transportation is a one-way service; please book the same item again if a round-trip is required. 

Vehicle photos are for reference only; the supplier will randomly arrange vehicles of the same class from different brands based on availability and passenger circumstances.

Please book at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your vehicle. 

Please note: To ensure a pleasant ride, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle.

Please note: You must specify your pick-up time in advance; it cannot be changed on the day of the service. *

Please note: The driver provides 30 minutes of free waiting time. If you do not board after 30 minutes, an additional overtime waiting fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will be charged.
