• 7-seater (Serena/Alphard/Van, etc.; specific models cannot be requested): Max 6 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage 
• Toyota Alphard Luxury (Captain seats): Max 6 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage 
• 10-seater (Toyota Hiace, etc.): Max 9 passengers + 10 pieces of luggage

Child Seat and Luggage Policy 
• This service uses licensed commercial vehicles, so child seats are not mandatory. If needed, please inform us in advance when booking; the provider can supply 1 seat free of charge. 
※ Each child seat takes up approximately 1.5 passenger spaces, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. 
• Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches. Please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, which will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. 
• If you are unable to board due to exceeding passenger or luggage capacity, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler. 
Vehicle Arrangement and Operating Range 
• All vehicle models may be adjusted to a vehicle of the same class depending on daily availability; specific models cannot be requested.
• If a 7-seater is carrying 6 large adults, we recommend upgrading to a 10-seater for comfort. 
• Vehicles are limited to a 300 km radius from the departure hotel.
 ※ Cross-regional travel (e.g., Sapporo + Otaru) will incur an additional service fee.
• Pick-up and drop-off are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Sapporo city. Locations outside this area will incur an additional deadhead fee (JPY 5,000–20,000). 
• Arrangements for different pick-up and drop-off locations (e.g., Noboribetsu/Lake Toya): Considered long-distance cross-regional travel, requiring extra deadhead time or fees. Service hours and costs will be adjusted based on the actual route. 
• New Chitose Airport transfers: Some areas require an additional deadhead fee; please inform us in advance when booking.
 Charter Duration and Overtime Fees 
• Standard service duration: 10 hours ※ For different pick-up/drop-off locations (e.g., Furano/Noboribetsu), the service duration is 8 hours;
Other areas will have deadhead time reserved based on actual arrangements. 
• Service hours: 08:00–20:00. Overtime fee standards: 
• Vehicles under 7 seats: JPY 5,000 per hour (any fraction over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour)
• Vehicles over 10 seats: JPY 8,000 per hour (any fraction over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) 
• Vehicles over 18 seats: JPY 10,000 per hour (any fraction over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour)
※ Overtime fees apply to all delays, including traffic congestion, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 Other Reminders 
• The driver does not speak English but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please confirm you accept this condition before booking. 
• Driver contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at the latest 3 hours before use). Please arrive at the pick-up point 10 minutes early. 
• Notes on using LINE: Since LINE IDs from Japan and some overseas regions cannot add each other, we recommend using other contact methods (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat, Email, etc.).

  • The private tour service duration is 10 hours (round trip from Sapporo). If the itinerary starts or ends outside of Sapporo city, additional time must be reserved for the driver's empty vehicle travel, and an extra deadhead fee will apply.

• Delays caused by traffic congestion, waiting, or other unforeseen circumstances will be charged as overtime fees.

Night service fee

The service hours are between 7:00 and 21:00. If the service is outside these hours, please note this when booking for customer service confirmation. An additional night service fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (the fee must be paid to the driver in cash on-site).

Cross-regional service fee

If the itinerary is outside the same area (e.g., spanning Kamakura and Mt. Fuji), a cross-regional service fee will apply. Please specify your desired route when placing your order, and we will confirm with you again.

Reminders

  • To ensure a comfortable riding environment, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle and dispose of your trash yourself. If you soil the seats, carpets, or interior trim, you will need to pay a vehicle cleaning fee based on the actual quote from a professional company.

  • If you need to adjust or change your order information after booking, please inform us no later than two days before your trip. Changes requested the day before or on the day of your trip cannot be accommodated.

  • The charter service is available for 10 hours per day. During the charter period, the vehicle cannot be temporarily suspended or the service restart time cannot be delayed.

  • If a customer ends their trip early within the chartered period, no refund will be given, and the trip cannot be carried over to the next day.

  • If your departure or arrival point is outside of Tokyo city limits, the empty driving time will be deducted or an additional fare may apply, depending on the actual situation. Please provide the correct pick-up and drop-off address when placing your order so that customer service can confirm.

  • Departure time cannot be adjusted on the day of the trip (for example, if you booked a departure time of 10:00 the day before, but the car is delayed by 1 hour due to customer reasons, the car rental time will still be counted from 10:00).

  • Charter services do not include guided tours within attractions; the driver will wait for you outside the attractions. If you require a guided tour, please specify this in the order notes for customer service confirmation. Service fees and attraction entrance/parking fees will be charged separately. Thank you for your understanding.

  • In case of traffic congestion, the driver will adjust the route or sequence of the trip according to the actual situation and may suggest a return time to ensure a smooth journey. If the service exceeds the allotted time, an overtime fee will be charged based on the vehicle type. Thank you for your understanding.
