The stand up paddle excursion allows you to explore the beaches and caves of Polignano a Mare while immersed in nature and working your muscles.

After a short hands-on lesson, you'll start paddling along the coast, which will make you disconnect from the world and become one with the marine environment surrounding you. You'll go on a discovery of bays, beaches, rock inlets and hidden corners of this Mediterranean paradise.
