Tickets cannot be used on the day of purchase and can only be used the following day (i.e., the day after purchase). Passengers can choose another date within the redemption period. To change the date, please contact KKday Customer Service.

The ticket will be effective immediately upon redemption, and each facility is limited to one visit on the same day within the validity period of the facility ticket. Once you leave each facility, you must purchase another ticket or use an EasyCard to pay for re-entry. However, this does not apply to the 6th floor Rock Climbing and Wall Walking Zone.

In the 6th floor rock climbing and wall walking special area, except for the ball pool shooting area, please wear full-cover shoes to enter other areas.

The ticket is only for admission to the facility, and other paid items and parking fees are not included.

The daily business hours, maintenance facilities, and riding regulations of the various facilities of the Entertainment World are subject to the official website and on-site announcements. The museum's facilities will be temporarily closed for maintenance or force majeure. Please confirm the relevant service content before entering the museum. Do not ask for an extension or compensation on the grounds of suspension of facilities.

For your own safety, pregnant women, people with heart disease, high blood pressure, neck or back problems, please do not ride this ride.

Tickets are not redeemable for cash.

Smoking is prohibited in the museum, and chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited throughout the museum.

All non-packaged game machine facilities require additional fees, and prices may also change due to promotional activities. Please refer to on-site announcements.
