Reminders

  • After inserting the card, turn on data roaming and wait for a moment. The card will be automatically activated without registration.

  • The SIM card needs to be activated within 90 days after placing the order. It is recommended to activate it as soon as possible after arriving at the destination to avoid overdue expiration.

  • Calculation method of days: 24-hour system (users purchase a 3-day Internet plan, install it at 9/1 at 10:00 am, and this plan will end at 9/4 at 9:59 am)

  • After inserting the card, please make sure to enable the "Mobile Data" and "Data Roaming" functions of the card

Cancellation Policy
