I was departing from SG and selected to pickup SIM at T3 Departure. However the staff at Cheers at T3 Departure Hall gave a sigh and impatiently told me to pick it up at Arrival Hall instead. I find it ridiculous. If the venue is not available, then it should not be offered to customers in the first place. And it makes no sense for someone departing from SG to make a detour to the Arrival Hall to pick up. For this inconvenience, I rated zero. Due to the superb signal and ease of installation, I gave it two stars, one each.

Whole process was really easy. From purchase, to finding the Ezfly counter to picking up the SIM card, to installing. The service staff spoke English and helped me put the SIM card in and activate it and I have had no issues with the data. I recommend.
