• Activity question: Can I participate if I don’t know how to swim?
  Answer: Yes! As long as it meets the age requirements of the activity, our activities will provide professional equipment and coaches.
  
  Question: Can I participate if I am afraid of fainting?
  Answer: If you are suffering from seasickness, it is recommended that you take seasickness medicine before activities to avoid seasickness.
  
  Q: Can pregnant women participate in the event?
  Answer: It is prohibited by law.
  
  Q: Can I cancel if I feel unwell or have my menstrual period on the same day? A: Cancellations within 0 to 2 days of standard activities are non-refundable. If you are afraid of these problems, it is recommended to apply for a refund during the free period or evaluate the use of tampons by yourself.
  
  Q: Is there an age limit for any of the itineraries? Can young and old people participate?
  Answer: The recommended age for diving activities is over 10 years old and under 65 years old. Those over the age of 65 must self-assess their physical condition and must obtain approval from the store before participating, and must sign a medical certificate.
  
  Question: Can the itinerary be carried out on rainy days?
  Answer: There should be no severe thunderstorms. Normal rain will not affect the itinerary. A more important assessment of whether the itinerary activities can be carried out is the wind and waves in the sea area, which is a consideration that affects visibility and activity safety.
  
  Q: When will the event be notified whether it will be normal or canceled due to typhoon or bad sea conditions?
  Answer: If the store assesses and determines that the activity cannot be carried out, it will usually notify the cancellation the day before. However, if it is still unable to determine, it will only confirm whether the sea condition notification is normal on the same day or one hour before the activity. If you are worried that the weather and sea conditions will affect the activity , you can also cancel the order two days in advance.
  
  Question: Are there other arrangements for those who do not participate in the activities? Can they go to the sea with them?
  Answer: You can rest in our store or the 7-11 50 meters in front of our store, or go to the scenic spots around our store on your own, or you can go to the sea with us (but it is not recommended in hot weather).
  
  Q: Will photos be taken at the event? Can I bring my own camera to take pictures?
  Answer: Taking photos is not included in the cost of the itinerary, but Love will prepare free cameras to help take photos. However, the angle, quantity and aesthetics of each coach's photos are different. If you want more beautiful photos, you can do it yourself Prepare a waterproof camera to take selfies or ask an instructor to take photos for you.
  
  Question: How to obtain the photos taken by Love?

  Q: Are there lockers or a place to store luggage?
  Answer: We have lockers with key locks and shelves to store luggage.
  
  Q: Is there a washing room? Is there hot water available for washing in cold weather? Is there a hairdryer?
  Answer: Our store is prepared.
  
  Question: Are there shower gel and shampoo?
  Answer: Energy conservation, carbon reduction, protection of oceans and marine life are not provided by operators in this region.
  
  Q: Are there towels available for drying after rinsing?
  Answer: For personal hygiene issues, please bring your own wool (bath) towels or purchase bath towels from our store.
  
  Q: What should I wear and what should I bring with me to participate in the event?
  Answer: You can wear a swimsuit, jellyfish suit, or light clothes. You can also bring an extra change of clothes or a towel.
  
  Question: Can I wear sunscreen lotion?
  Answer: Sunscreen lotion contains benzophenone, which can seriously harm corals and cause bleaching and calcification. To reduce damage to marine ecology, please do not apply it. If you are afraid of the sun, you can wear our matching cold-proof clothing or prepare your own long-sleeved swimsuit or jellyfish suit.
  
  Q: How long does the diving take?
  Answer: Love adjusts according to the attributes of tourists and water properties. It takes about 50 to 60 minutes (from the beginning of the water teaching to leaving the sea). However, for those with physical problems, considering safety and water-related issues, a limit of about 30 minutes must be used.
  
  Q: What can you see while diving? Are there turtles and fish?
  Answer: Penghu is a subtropical sea area with a variety of corals and tropical fish. As for the ecological species and quantity, there will be uncertainty due to changes in weather conditions, sea conditions, tides or human interference.
  
  Q: Do I need to register early for the event?
  Answer: Please check in 10 to 15 minutes before the opening time of the session.
  
  Question: May I know where to check in?

  Q: Can I add more people to the event?
  Answer: If the store has a coach who can arrange it, it can be added on site.
• Equipment question: Does a diving mask have a prescription? What is the maximum prescription?
  Answer: Our store is equipped with prescription masks ranging from 200 degrees to 1200 degrees. People with myopia of less than 200 degrees do not need to wear a myopia mask, because using an ordinary mask under the water will have a magnification effect of 100 to 200 degrees.
  
  Q: Can I wear contact lenses?
  Answer: Yes.
  
  Question: What are the largest and smallest sizes of winter coats?
  Answer: Adult sizes range from XS~5XL, and children’s sizes range from L~XS.
• Transportation question: How to report to Lok Fu Marine Workshop? Can you help pick me up?
  Answer: Our trip fee does not include transfers. You can choose to rent a motorcycle/car or take public transportation/taxi to report to Lok Fu Ocean Workshop by yourself.
  
  Question: How to get to the sea area from the place of registration? If I take a taxi/public transportation/walk/bicycle or someone brings me here to check in, how do I get from Love's store to the sea area?
  Answer: If you rent or bring your own transportation, such as a car or motorcycle, the coach will lead the team to the sea area. After checking in, if tourists do not have transportation from our store to the recreational sea area, LeFou will assist in transportation for free, but the time and itinerary must be coordinated with LeFou.
  
  Q: Does Lok Fu have a parking lot? A: Our store has open space for parking, and legal parking is also allowed on both sides of the road outside the store.
• Question about the underwater mailbox: Can I see the underwater mailbox while diving?
  Answer: If there is a specially designated underwater mailbox, the instructor will take it there. However, the mailbox is an installation art. You can choose to go and watch it without sending a postcard. However, everyone’s aesthetics and curiosity are different, and their expectations are also different. The underwater mailbox The sea path is relatively far (about 300 meters) and the ecology you can see may not be diverse. Please consider yourself if you choose this itinerary.
  
  Question: Does anyone accept postcards from the underwater mailbox? How often will it be collected? Will it be sent? Can you get it?
  Answer: The underwater mailbox was set up by the Tourism Office of Penghu County Government and entrusted to the Suogang Community Development Association to operate and manage it. The community will entrust divers to send and receive it, but how often it is received depends on the weather and sea conditions. Our store only sells postcards on our behalf. There is no guarantee whether the postcard will be received as scheduled. Considering that the postcard may be lost during the event, or the postcard may be taken away by sea conditions and tides, there are too many force majeure factors such as the management and personnel of the postal company, the postal address and the environment of the destination, so we are not responsible.
