1. SAVVY Seafood Dinner Buffet

SAVVY is launching its brand-new “Grilled Alaskan King Crab and Lobster Dinner Buffet,” featuring premium seafood and exquisite Asian cuisine.

Featured Dishes:

Highlights include grilled Alaskan king crab, grilled Australian beef, and grilled salmon at the barbecue station, as well as grilled abalone with scallion sauce, teppanyaki lobster claws, and Japanese-style mixed rice with duck liver at the teppanyaki station. The chilled seafood station offers a wide selection including lobster and snow crab, while the Asian hot dishes feature braised abalone with shiitake mushrooms and steamed grouper. For dessert, in addition to an array of exquisite cakes and Häagen-Dazs™ ice cream, there is a special tofu pudding station and a homemade banana boat dessert station, providing diners with an ultimate all-encompassing culinary experience.

This seafood weekend brunch buffet brings together Michelin-starred dishes from around the world, with the highlight being the chilled seafood selection, featuring a variety of delicacies such as snow crab, blue crab, and mussels, paired with exquisite sashimi platters and a diverse array of international salads. The live cooking station offers aromatic grilled Australian beef, black truffle cream penne, and a variety of Thai and Indonesian dishes, such as tom yum goong and curry abalone, to satisfy even the most discerning palates. To top it all off, the dessert station features Häagen-Dazs ice cream, tofu pudding, and banana boats with your choice of toppings.

3. SAVVY Weekday semi-buffet lunch

This SAVVY menu brings together a rich array of international delicacies, featuring classic Western dishes such as grilled Australian sirloin, as well as Indian lamb or butter chicken curry, Japanese sea bass fillet and sashimi rice bowl set meals, Thai stir-fried rice noodles and green curry, Korean bibimbap and pork belly, as well as Chinese classics such as sweet and sour pork and rose wine soy sauce chicken. Diners can even add the signature ‘siphon’ tom yum goong with king prawns to their meal, allowing them to savour a diverse range of global flavours all in one place.
