Located in the intertidal zone of the Fanchuanbi reef in southeastern Green Island, this hot spring offers a stunning view of the sunrise over the vast Pacific Ocean, earning it the name 'Asahi (Morning Sun) Hot Spring' during the Japanese colonial period. Beyond the breathtaking sunrise soak, you can escape the city bustle at night to listen to the waves crashing against the rocks, gaze at the starry Milky Way, and enjoy fresh delicacies cooked in the hot spring water. Zhaori Hot Spring Facilities
The area features five open-air terraced hot spring pools, divided into hot and warm sections. Swimsuits and caps are required. The facility can accommodate three to four hundred visitors and includes indoor spa facilities, panoramic ocean views, well-maintained walking trails, seaside pavilions, changing rooms, lockers, and a gift shop for your convenience.
Formation of the Seawater Hot Spring
The spring water is clear, with a temperature of about 53°C, reaching up to 90°C at the source. It has a salty taste, characteristic of a sulfate-chloride spring. The water originates from seawater or groundwater seeping underground, heated by volcanic magma chambers, and forced to the surface by pressure in the intertidal zone. It is a hot spring located in an igneous rock area. There is an experience area where you can cook fresh food using the 95°C spring water.

Please observe basic etiquette when bathing. Wash your body thoroughly before bathing and do not scrub in the water or use bath cleaning products.
It is not advisable to take a bath after eating or drinking, or taking medicine; if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable, you should slowly get up and leave the hot spring pool; strenuous activities can easily cause dizziness and falls.
The bathing area is slippery, please be careful where you step to avoid danger.
The soaking time in hot spring should not exceed 15 minutes at a time.
