  • Spring (March–May): Average temperature approx. 3–15°C. Temperatures gradually rise from severe cold, snow begins to melt, and rainfall is relatively low. Late spring weather is pleasant and suitable for outdoor activities. Skiing is still possible in March, while late spring is ideal for hiking and enjoying the spring snowmelt scenery. In March, thick coats and sweaters are needed; from April to May, light jackets and long-sleeved T-shirts can be worn, adjusted according to temperature changes.
  • Summer (June–August): Average temperature approx. 20–25°C. It is warm and comfortable, making it a great season to escape the heat. Although rainfall is not abundant, air humidity is moderate, and sunshine is plentiful. Activities include hiking, taking cable cars to admire alpine vegetation, and enjoying cool summer outdoor activities. Wear short-sleeved tops, shorts, and light jackets (as day-night temperature differences are significant), and remember sun protection.
  • Autumn (September–November): Average temperature approx. 8–22°C. Temperatures gradually decrease, with a slight increase in rainfall in September, followed by drier conditions. The maple leaves in the mountains gradually change color, making it an excellent time to enjoy autumn scenery. Activities include autumn leaf viewing, hiking, photography, and enjoying the crisp autumn outdoor weather. In September, long-sleeved T-shirts and light jackets can be worn; from October to November, sweaters, thick coats, and long pants are needed for warmth.
  • Winter (December–February): Average temperature approx. 0–2°C. It is severely cold with abundant snowfall, making it a renowned ski resort. The climate is dry (referring to precipitation). Activities include skiing, snowboarding, admiring frost-covered trees, enjoying hot springs, and various snow activities. Full cold-weather gear is essential, including extreme-cold insulation clothing, down jackets, waterproof and windproof jackets, snow pants, gloves, hats, and scarves.
