- Please specify the rental date and time in the order notes. The exact time will be based on the pick-up time on the day of the rental.
- After completing your order, please register and upload your documents in the system. (https://www.zocha.com.tw/register ) can significantly shorten the car pick-up time on the same day.
- 24-hour car rental policy: For example, if you pick up the car at 11:00 on January 1, you must return it before 11:00 on January 2. If you return the car after 11:00, you will be charged an additional fee of NT$110 per hour. If the rental exceeds 4 hours, it will be calculated as one day.
- Foreign travelers who do not hold a Taiwanese driver's license should confirm by phone before placing an order and make a judgment based on the usage of international driving permits held by reciprocal countries in Taiwan, as announced by the Taiwan Motor Vehicle Office.

Overtime fees
NT$110 per hour; if the time exceeds 4 hours, it will be calculated as a full day.
Mileage fees
60 kilometers of free mileage per day, 120 kilometers of free mileage for two days, and so on. Any mileage exceeding this limit will be charged at 3.5 yuan per kilometer.
Reminders
All vehicles are insured with mandatory motorcycle insurance. In addition, travel accident insurance is available on-site in cooperation with insurance companies for consumers to purchase additional insurance.
Please bring your driver's license and ID card.
When returning the vehicle, passengers are advised to inspect it from all sides and take photos or videos to avoid future disputes. Renters are requested to take good care of the vehicle and adhere to the principle of no damage. If the vehicle is obviously damaged or destroyed, compensation will be sought for the affected parts.
What to do in case of an accident? 1. Preserve the scene/take photos as evidence (if there are no injuries and the vehicle is still difficult to move, wait until after taking photos for evidence before moving the vehicle). 2. Call for assistance (110 Police Station/119 Fire Station/112 Emergency Rescue) or customer service 0800875888. 3. Cooperate with the police. 4. Collect relevant documents (collect contact information of both parties involved in the accident/obtain the traffic accident report form). ※Please ensure the renter's name is filled in on the traffic accident report form. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
