Furry children are allowed to participate in the experience, but pet life jackets are not provided
The club has free lockers to store personal belongings, but we are not responsible for the management. Simple washing facilities and changing tents are provided.
If it is a holiday or there are large crowds, you will have to wait on site for a while; to avoid time-consuming waiting, it is recommended to reserve an experience time in advance through the mall chat function.
The SUP stand-up paddling instruction sunrise tour time will be slightly adjusted according to the sunrise time of each season. Please confirm the correct gathering time and location with the store again before experiencing it.
Reminders
The minimum number of people in a group is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date.
It is not recommended for travelers with the following diseases or other conditions that should not be overly stimulated to participate in this project

During the activity, be sure to wear a life jacket and do not take it off. Violators will be responsible for their own responsibilities.
Please keep your belongings properly. We will not be responsible for compensation if lost or damaged by falling into water.
Do not engage in water recreation activities after drinking alcoholic beverages.
Please wear sportswear or casual clothes, preferably a swimsuit underneath; it is also recommended to bring a hat, sunscreen, light raincoat, change of clothes, water bottle, towel, and warm clothing and personal items for going ashore.
Please use activity equipment (life jackets, paddles, stand-ups and related equipment) in accordance with normal operating procedures. If it is damaged or lost without reason, you will be responsible for compensation, and the store will claim compensation according to the price.
During activities, it is strictly prohibited to go near warning targets and areas outside. In the event of force majeure factors (such as sudden thick fog, heavy rain, wind, etc.), in order to maintain the safety of the activities, the activities will be stopped according to the notification of the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Management Office, and you must go ashore immediately , but refunds are not possible, please forgive me.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
