Cancellation Policy:

• To change or cancel your reservation, please notify Sky Club Spa at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, your e-spa voucher will be considered used.
• If you are less than 30 minutes late, the treatment service time will be shortened accordingly, and the full cost of that treatment service will be deducted.
• If you are absent or late by 30 minutes or more, the treatment service will be considered cancelled, and the full cost of that treatment service will be deducted.
