This isn't limited to this product, but when setting it up, I was asked questions about how to use it with the existing eSIM. If you could provide a more specific explanation, I wouldn't hesitate. For example, this is the recommended setting for normal use, and you can switch it on or off later, so it's just a difference in the initial default settings.

To use the eSIM, you need to verify your identity. I thought I had done it properly, but it seems I hadn't, and it was a real pain when I arrived and couldn't use it. I contacted the KKday app using the airport's wifi, and it was successfully activated 20 minutes later. When AIS wifi was available, it switched to that, allowing for faster communication. I didn't have any problems during my trip. I'll use it again.
