Enjoy a comfortable private transfer from your hotel or accommodation in Bangkok to Pattaya, Hua Hin & Cha-Am, Ayutthaya, Rayong, Khao Yai, Kanchanaburi, Koh Chang, and other selected destinations in Thailand.

Travel directly to your destination in a private, air-conditioned vehicle with a professional driver. Each booking includes one private vehicle.

Choose the vehicle based on your group size and luggage:

• Economy Car: Up to 2 passengers
• Deluxe Sedan: Up to 2 passengers
• Family MPV: Up to 4 passengers
• VIP Van: Up to 8 passengers with carry-on luggage, or up to 6 passengers with 5 pieces of luggage

Airport pickup from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) or Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) is available for selected routes. Please provide your flight number and arrival details when booking.

Toll fees and fuel costs are included for the standard transfer route.

— Important Information —

1. Please provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, accommodation name, and contact number when booking.
2. Please check your booking details carefully before completing your reservation.
3. Each booking is for one private vehicle. Please check the vehicle capacity before booking.
4. Please be ready at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
5. For hotel or accommodation pickups, the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time free of charge.
6. Additional waiting time is charged at THB 300 per hour, payable directly to the driver.
7. If you cannot be contacted or do not arrive within the applicable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and cancelled without refund.
8. Transfer duration may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and destination.
9. All passengers must wear seat belts in accordance with Thai traffic regulations.
10. Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

The destinations and routes shown in each package are within our standard service areas.

An additional charge may apply if your:

• Pickup or drop-off location is outside the standard service area
• Route requires significant additional travel or a detour
• Booking includes additional stops
• Requested route or itinerary differs from the selected package

If applicable, our team will confirm the additional charge before the service.

Additional charges are not included in the original KKday booking price and must be paid separately.

— Airport Pickup Instructions —

For selected airport pickup routes, please provide your flight number, arrival airport, arrival date, and arrival time when booking.

Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)

• Proceed to the Arrivals Level, 2nd Floor, Gate 4 after clearing customs.
• Our airport representative will wait with a sign displaying your name.
• Show your booking details to the representative, who will assist you in meeting your driver.
• We will monitor your flight and coordinate pickup according to your actual arrival time.
• The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes after the actual flight arrival time free of charge.

Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)

Domestic Arrivals: 1st Floor, Gate 11

International Arrivals: 1st Floor, Gate 5

• Our airport representative will wait with a sign displaying your name.
• Show your booking details to the representative for assistance with meeting your driver.
• We will monitor your flight and coordinate pickup according to your actual arrival time.
• The driver will wait for up to 90 minutes after the actual flight arrival time free of charge.

If you cannot locate the representative or meeting point, please contact us immediately using the contact information in your booking.
