It's so convenient! You can use it right away upon entry. The staff will show you how to use it. After entering, you still need to queue, but the queuing area is air-conditioned and very comfortable, and there are seats available for those who need them.
The water park was fun, but the water was only about 100 centimeters deep. Children over 130cm tall weren't too scared. The artificial waves were fun, but you need to rent a life jacket to go in. The kids rode the lazy river 4-5 times.
In the end, besides the entrance fee, we probably spent over a thousand on food inside.
From the pre-boarding reminders to the post-boarding service, everything was excellent. Every angle was great for taking photos and videos. However, when the wind was strong, the boat rocked a lot and you might get seasick, so be sure to take motion sickness medication. Thank you for this experience! The night view of Guang'anli was beautiful and full of memories.
The environment was clean and bright, making it safe to walk around. The facilities were plentiful and the place was spacious with different themes. The food was also delicious. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the price was very reasonable. However, the staff at the registration counter and the payment counter were rude, especially the lady at the payment counter. She looked angry and spoke very aggressively, only responding with single words. I don't know what happened, but it made our departure a little unsatisfactory. (I was so busy taking selfies that I didn't take many pictures of the surroundings 🤓)
It was a very pleasant experience. The staff on board were excellent and constantly helped us take photos. Adding this tour to your Busan itinerary adds a unique element to your trip. The ship offers a variety of snacks, the environment is beautiful, and the staff are very polite, reminding us to be careful when boarding and disembarking. Check-in was also smooth and the instructions were very clear. If you're going to Busan, you can also add this tour to enjoy the nighttime views overlooking the entire city. The scenery is first-class at night and very comfortable.
Taking the Crystal Cable Car was beautiful, offering stunning views of the sea below! There were also many art installations on the other side, perfect for taking photos! But it was very hot! 🥵
My experience traveling from Busan to Fukuoka on the Camellia ferry was better than expected. For a ferry of approximately 20,000 tons primarily operating on routes between Japan and South Korea, I think the Camellia performed quite well. The facilities weren't luxurious, as it can't be compared to large cruise ships, but it had the basic amenities, and the public spaces and cabins were generally clean. The journey itself was satisfactory, with no major issues. The sea conditions were good on the day I boarded, and the voyage was smoother than I anticipated. I could rest on board overnight and arrive in Fukuoka the next morning, making it a rather interesting way to travel between Busan and Fukuoka. If you're expecting a luxury cruise experience, you might find the facilities somewhat basic; however, if you consider it an international ferry that allows overnight stays and connects South Korea and Japan, I think its overall performance is above average. Considering the ship's size, facilities, and the overall experience, I would give it 4 stars. It wasn't particularly amazing, but it was comfortable and practical, and I would be willing to travel on it again.
