• The travel distance must be under 300 km 
• Children under the age of 6 are required by law to use a car seat, the first car seat will be free of charge; please notify the number of car seat needed in the "Remarks & Requests" section when booking (1 car seat occupies 1.5 passenger seats)

• Any itinerary exceeding the package coverage may incur additional charges
  
• If the journey passes by ETC lanes (Electronic Toll Collection) on the day, the toll receipt cannot be issued immediately
  
• Toll Fee: For the Kawaguchiko route, the Metropolitan Expressway toll costs around JP¥7,000–8,000. Visiting Gotemba Outlet may incur an additional toll around JP¥1,000. For the tolls of other destinations, please consult the driver on the day. The driver takes ETC lanes by default. Electronic receipts cannot be issued on the spot. If a receipt is required, inform the driver before boarding; this will increase waiting time at the manual toll booth, and the cost may rise by JP¥2,000–3,000

Fee for additional child safety seats (from the second seat onward)

If a child safety seat is required, the first seat is provided for free. For two or more seats, an additional JPY 2,000 per seat must be paid on-site to the driver.

Overtime Fee

Overtime charges apply if the vehicle is used beyond the allotted 10 hours
• 5-, 6- & 9-seaters: JPY 5,000 per hour, calculated in full-hour increments for any period exceeding 30 minutes
• 13-, 18- & larger vehicles: JPY 5,000 per 30 mins, calculated in 30mins increments for any period exceeding 15 minutes
• The driver will advise the return time based on map guidance, and guests are responsible for all overtime charges caused by traffic or other delays on the day of travel

Mount Fuji 5th Station Ascent Fee

If your itinerary includes a visit to Mount Fuji Fifth Station, an additional ascent fee is required, ranging from JPY 2,060 to JPY 4,700, depending on the vehicle type.

Cross-Zone Travel Fee

If your pick-up/drop-off is outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, an cross-zone travel fee applies (the fee varies depending on the location)
• If you are staying in areas such as Hakone/Fuji, around 2 hours of driver travel time will be deducted.
• To disembark in Izu and not return to a Tokyo hotel, the vehicle will stop at Shin-Fuji Station
• The round-trip time for a 13-seat or larger vehicle is about 2 hours, resulting in a 7-hour actual vehicle use time
• If your itinerary involves crossing different areas, please use the suggested route for your itinerary (e.g., Hakone area + Mt. Fuji area, Mt. Fuji area + Kamakura area, or: Hakone area + Yokohama area), and note that an cross-zone service fee will incur

Highway tolls for each vehicle type

• 5-, 6- & 9-seaters: JPY 8,000–10,000
• 13- & 18-seaters: JPY 10,000–16,000
