Service Hours: 24 hours

Service Duration: 4 hours / 8 hours / 12 hours

The service duration is calculated from the requested pick-up time until the drop-off time.

If you arrive later than your scheduled pick-up time, the driver's waiting time will be counted as part of the service duration. Please arrive on time.

Late-night service: A surcharge applies if the service starts or ends between 22:00 and 05:30. The surcharge is payable directly to the driver.

Important: The service includes a private vehicle and driver only. Tour guide service is not included.

[BOOKING GUIDELINES]

The Time option you select in the package is estimated. Each Time slot refers to a 29 mins period (Example: Time slot 3:00 is counted from 3:00 - 3:29)

Please confirm the addresses of your preferred pick-up and drop-off points in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking.

Please specify the correct number of luggage in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking; if the luggage and passenger numbers exceed the vehicle capacity, requests for vehicle changes or booking cancellation may incur

[SERVICE-USING GUIDELINES]

Please contact customer service immediately if there's an unexpected situation. To extend the grace period, the rate varies based on the time period but will be charged by every 30 minutes. The extension request is not guaranteed to be fulfilled as it depends on the pick-up schedule of the day. The extension fee is to be paid to the driver directly on-site.

Please wait for the driver if you arrive early.

If you fail to show up within the grace period for airport pick-up, fail to notify the driver in advance, and cannot be reached, the driver will leave and refunds will not be granted.

Pick-up could be delayed due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, and road accident.

- 4 Seater Car and 7 Seater Car: 100,000 VND per hour (On-site payment to driver)
- 16 Seater Car and 29 Seater Bus: 200,000 VND per hour (On-site payment to driver)
- 34 Seater Car: 300,000 VND per hour (On-site payment to driver)
- 45 Seater Car: 500,000 VND per hour (On-site payment to driver)

Late Night - Early Morning Service

- Surcharge will be applied if you wish to use the service before or after the service hour.
- 4 Seater Car and 7 Seater Car: 100,000 VND per hour (On-site payment to driver)
- 16 Seater Car and 29 Seater Bus: 200,000 VND per hour (On-site payment to driver)
- 34 Seater Car: 300,000 VND per hour (On-site payment to driver)
- 45 Seater Car: 500,000 VND per hour (On-site payment to driver)
* The fee can be combined with the additional time. If your additional time is outside the service hour, you will be charged both the Additional time extra fee and Late Night and Early Morning Service Extra fee

Reminders

  • In case you could not see or find the driver, please contact the operator immediately for the assistance via KKday Chat Function or to our Customer Service Department.

  • Please provide accurate information on the pick-up/drop-off location (hotel name, address, etc). If any issue arises due to incorrect information, you will be regarded as no-show and no refunds will not be granted.

  • Please wait for the driver if you arrive early. If the driver is late due to force majeure, please wait at the pick-spot. If you leave without notifying the driver, you will be regarded as no-show and no refunds will not be granted.

  • If any mechanical/technical/unforeseen issues occurred to the vehicle, please note that a replacement vehicle of a similar/higher grade will be dispatched to ensure the trip goes over smoothly.

  • Please provide reachable contact info in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking.

  • Changes to the pick-up location/time cannot be made the day before and on the day of the departure, except in the event of force majeure.

  • Please do not eat in the car and a cleaning fee may be charged for any stains from eating.

  • Note: The trip can start as early as 06:00 and the latest time to end the trip is 22:59

  • Please provide your itinerary in advance. If you don't have one yet, please make a note. A staff member will contact you soon to advise on your itinerary. This will help make your trip more convenient and provide the best experience.
