Product Info

Begin your chocolate journey in Notting Hill, where Melt’s expert chocolatiers guide you through the world of hot chocolate. Start by discovering the origins of chocolate, from the ancient rituals of the Aztecs to the refined traditions of Italian cafés.

Learn to craft authentic Aztec hot chocolate using local spices and traditional techniques, then move on to the Italian Birerin—a luxurious blend of chocolate, coffee, cream, and an optional drop of liquor.

Throughout the workshop, taste a selection of single-origin chocolates and explore the transformation from bean to bar. Engage your senses as you blend, stir, and sample, picking up practical tips and stories from passionate instructors.

Enjoy a hands-on experience where you create your own hot chocolate blend, experimenting with flavors and textures under expert guidance. The workshop concludes with a tasting session and time to savor your creations.

Leave with new skills, a deeper appreciation for chocolate’s history, and sweet memories to take home. The experience ends at the Melt Chocolates boutique in Notting Hill, perfectly placed for further exploration of the area.
