Product Info

When in London, you can't miss the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace with Fantastic Walks. What makes our tour unique is your guide. He is a historian, a stand-up comedian and a Londoner, which means you are guaranteed fascinating facts, fun anecdotes and the best vantage points. You'll march alongside the Guards and military bands, learn how to tell your Grenadier Guards from your Coldstream, Scots, Irish and Welsh, and discover the meaning behind the uniforms, buttons, badges and bearskins.

Beyond the ceremony, you'll see some of the country's most famous landmarks, including Wellington Barracks, St. James’s Palace, and—of course!—Buckingham Palace. You'll also be taken to the Guards' Chapel, the spiritual home of the Household Division, for a deeper look into the history of the King's Guard.

And who knows, we might even catch a glimpse of a royal or two! It does happen, and your guide will know the best spots should it happen. So, join Fantastic Walks for a fun and unforgettable dive into living history—you'll get a front-row seat to a British tradition you won't soon forget.
