Product Info

Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel in Cali and travel to Buenaventura, the gateway to the Colombian Pacific. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you journey from the highlands to the coast.

Once in Buenaventura, board a boat and sail to Juanchaco, a picturesque fishing village. From here, embark on a specialized boat for whale watching. Navigate to areas where humpback whales are most frequent during this time of year.

Watch as female whales care for their calves, preparing them for marine life. September is particularly special, as the calves are playful and visible during their jumps and fin slaps in the water.

In addition to humpback whales, spot other species like pelicans, bottlenose and spotted dolphins, tuna, and sea turtles, enriching your experience in the Colombian Pacific.

After the thrilling whale watching, explore nearby caves and cliffs, depending on the tide and conditions. These places offer stunning views of the coastal landscape and are ideal for capturing memorable photos of the region's wild nature.

Relax with a delicious lunch before enjoying free time on the charming beach of Juanchaco. Swim in the crystal-clear waters, sunbathe on the sand, or simply relax with the tranquility and beauty of the marine landscape.

At the end of your day in Juanchaco, return by boat to Buenaventura and then by private vehicle to Cali, arriving back at your hotel with unforgettable memories of your whale watching adventure in Bahía Málaga.
