Children must be accompanied by an adult or enrolled in a designated lesson. Unaccompanied children are not advised to ski or play in the snow alone.
Hotel room types are assigned based on occupancy and availability on the day of stay; specific room types, floors, or views cannot be guaranteed. Requests for twin or double rooms can be noted during booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but they are not guaranteed. Children must share a room with at least 1 adult; arrangements for extra beds, cribs, or no-bed occupancy are subject to hotel policy and availability.
Due to limited luggage space, each guest is generally allowed 1 suitcase (up to 20 inches). Please inform us during booking if you need to bring larger suitcases, strollers, or other large items so we can confirm vehicle capacity; items may not be accommodated if not confirmed in advance.
