Transportation, sightseeing, and stay durations during the trip are subject to actual conditions on the day. In special circumstances (e.g., traffic jams, weather), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions, provided that the guests agree.

You may not leave the group early or drop out during the tour. If you choose to leave early, any uncompleted parts will be considered as voluntarily forfeited, and no fees will be refunded. You are responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group; thank you for your understanding.

Arrival times for each part of the itinerary may change due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels. In the event of such factors or other force majeure, the tour guide reserves the right to adjust or reduce the itinerary on-site, and no refunds will be provided based on this. Due to the long travel distance, we appreciate your understanding in the event of traffic jams. Our company will not be responsible for any subsequent costs caused by delays due to traffic.

We will do our best to accommodate seating requests; however, as this is a shared tour, seating is generally assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requirements, please inform us in the remarks, and we will try our best to arrange suitable seating. Final arrangements are subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. Infants under 3 years old may join for free, but you must notify customer service in advance and include a note in your booking. If not notified in advance, you may be refused boarding due to vehicle capacity limits; we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. No seat will be provided, and the infant must be held by a guardian throughout the trip.

This is a group tour and may be shared with travelers from different regions and language backgrounds; we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Arashiyama Hanatouro ticket: 1,500 JPY/person for on-site tickets, 2,000 JPY/person for pre-booked tickets. If you book a package without tickets, please purchase them on-site on the day. Please note that same-day tickets are limited and may sell out; therefore, we cannot guarantee availability or entry.

It is not recommended for infants aged 0-2 to participate. If they must join, please notify us via email in advance. In the absence of prior notice and if there is insufficient space, the driver reserves the right to refuse boarding. Infants will be counted as passengers and charged the same price as adults. Please include a note when booking. Additionally, seniors aged 65 and above must ensure they are in good health for travel and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or older throughout the trip.

This day tour does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. Please purchase your own if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health and capabilities.
