- No Flash Photography: You may take photos, but please turn off your camera and phone flash to avoid startling or irritating the cats.
- No Outside Food/Drink: Bringing outside food or drinks is prohibited. Please do not feed the cats human food. If you purchase cat treats in the store, please use the provided spoon.
- Supervise Children: Parents or guardians must keep an eye on children at all times to prevent them from chasing or startling the cats.
- No Live Streaming: Live streaming is prohibited both in front of and inside the store.
- Double Doors: Please be mindful of the double doors when entering and exiting. Do not open both the entrance and exit doors at the same time to prevent cats from escaping.
- Follow Staff Instructions: Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff. Actual visit and interaction rules are subject to on-site announcements at each branch.

Reminders
This ticket is valid for both Cat Café MOFF iias Okinawa Toyosaki and Okinawa Kokusai-dori branches. After purchase, you may choose to enter either branch based on your itinerary; no prior selection is required.
Each e-ticket can only be redeemed once. Once redeemed at one branch, it cannot be used at the other.
This ticket does not provide priority entry. Admission is based on the order of arrival. Due to capacity limits, even if you have a designated time slot, you may still need to wait in line as instructed by the staff.
If the store has reached its capacity upon your arrival, please do not redeem your ticket. You may choose to visit the other branch or return on another day within the 30-day validity period. If you are unable to return, you may apply for a free cancellation and refund as long as the ticket has not been redeemed and is still within its validity period.
Before visiting, it is recommended to check the daily opening hours and any temporary closure notices for each branch.
Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older, and the accompanying adult must also purchase a ticket. Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed in the store.
Accompanying adults must not leave the store during the child's experience. If you need to leave temporarily due to an emergency, please inform the on-site staff in advance.
Each adult can bring up to 3 children aged 0-3 for free; a separate ticket must be purchased for the 4th child onwards.
The ticket becomes invalid upon exit and cannot be re-verified for entry. If you need to use the restroom during your visit, please inform the on-site staff first.
