A single ticket is valid for one person only and cannot be reused. A parent-child ticket requires two people to enter together and cannot be used separately. The ticket can be exchanged for a wristband on-site for entry.
The wristband is your pass to enter and exit the exhibition hall and is valid for one entry only. Please keep the wristband safe. It will not be replaced if lost or damaged.
Children under the age of 12 can enter for free, provided they present relevant identification; age is calculated based on their actual age on the day of entry. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 or above with a ticket.
Those eligible for free admission should present their identification for verification by staff before entry. If they do not meet the eligibility criteria, they should purchase a ticket accordingly. Those eligible for special discount tickets (or senior citizen discount tickets) cannot request a partial refund or additional payment for the ticket price difference after entry.
To ensure clear identification by service personnel, necessary companions for persons with disabilities should enter the venue closely following the persons with disabilities.
Please present your ticket at the registration desk at the entrance to receive a redemption card for the pre-sale ticket gift. The redemption card is anonymous, so please keep it safe. Lost cards will not be reissued.
Tickets are valid for the entire exhibition period (until the exhibition closes on December 20, 2026; please refer to the official announcement for exhibition opening hours). Tickets expired during this period will be considered invalid. For refund requests, please complete the process through the original ticketing channel before the exhibition closes on December 20, 2026. Late refund requests will not be accepted. Please refer to the original ticketing channel's refund policy for refund procedures. A 10% handling fee will be charged per ticket. Postage and remittance fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the refunding party.
For any package purchase (including parent-child double package), please note that the package must be complete and unused in order to be eligible for a full refund.
