1. Eligibility & Height Requirements
- This activity has no age restriction.
- Children must be at least 100 cm tall to ride as a passenger in a two-seater go-kart.
- Drivers must be at least 140 cm tall to operate a go-kart independently.
- Participants under the required height are not permitted to drive.
2. Before You Arrive
- Present your valid KKday voucher (mobile or printed) upon arrival.
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- Helmets and balaclavas are provided.
3. Safety Information
- All participants are required to attend a safety briefing before driving.
- Guests must sign a Liability Waiver Form acknowledging the risks associated with go-kart racing before participating.
- Please follow all instructions provided by the on-site staff at all times.
4. Important Reminders
- Two-seater (double) go-karts are only available on the outdoor track.
- Two-seater go-karts are not available on the indoor track.
- During weekends, public holidays, and peak periods, waiting time may apply. Guests will be assigned to the next available session upon arrival.
- Outdoor sessions may be delayed or temporarily suspended in severe weather conditions for safety reasons.
5. Health & Safety Restrictions
This activity is not recommended for:
- Pregnant women
- Guests with heart disease or serious cardiovascular conditions
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs
6. Additional Charges
- A surcharge of VND 75,000 per kart applies for the use of a two-seater (double) go-kart.
- The surcharge is payable directly on-site.
7.Voucher Validity
- The voucher is valid only on the selected travel date.
- Unused vouchers cannot be redeemed after the selected date unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
