Regarding tour cancellation:
- If marine activity cancellation criteria are met, we may contact you to cancel the tour.
Notes for participation:
- ・The ocean can have waves. Some people may experience motion sickness while swimming. If you are prone to motion sickness or have any concerns, we recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance. * In case of inclement weather on the day of the tour, we will cancel based on our safety criteria. (e.g., if we determine that it is impossible to start the tour safely due to lightning, high waves, etc.) * Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs if the tour is cancelled after you arrive at the meeting point.

- ・Sunset times vary depending on the season. Therefore, the tour schedule is adjusted accordingly. Generally, the meeting time is 150 minutes before sunset, and the tour starts 90 minutes before sunset. ・Please be aware that depending on the weather on the day, you may not be able to see a clear sunset. Cancellations due to the above reason are not accepted. * Unless the tour is cancelled due to meeting our cancellation criteria or because it cannot be held after checking actual sea conditions, cancellations made by the customer will be subject to a cancellation fee. Example: Light rain, cloudy weather, etc. * Due to sea conditions, weather, etc., we will guide you to a location with better sea conditions for your safety. Cancellations due to changes in the tour location are also subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 6 to 65 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please arrive at the meeting place wearing a swimsuit (or clothing that can get wet) and sandals (or footwear that can get wet).
Regarding rental equipment: We will provide the equipment used on the tour (SUP, paddles, life jackets, water shoes, etc.). Please see the section on what is included and not included in the price for details.
Duration Comment: The tour will last approximately 90 minutes from the start (including explanations, etc.). * The time of sunset varies depending on the season. Therefore, the tour time will be adjusted accordingly. Generally, we ask that you gather 150 minutes before sunset on the day of the tour, and the tour will start 90 minutes prior to sunset. (We will contact you after your reservation.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 181 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–180 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
