- ・As these are wild creatures, we cannot guarantee a 100% encounter rate. However, even if you do not encounter them, we will guide you to spots where you will be overwhelmed by the beauty of Nemo, rare fish, and natural coral reefs, so please take in the miraculous and mysterious world beneath the sea. ・To ensure you have the best experience of your life, our fun instructors, who hold various marine and rescue certifications, will guide you with a focus on safety and enjoyment! ・This tour is at an intermediate level as it involves swimming a short distance from the beach entry to the point. It is suitable for those who are confident in their swimming ability or can swim while holding onto a float. For those who are snorkeling for the first time or are not confident in their swimming, we recommend joining our separate Blue Cave Boat Snorkeling Tour. ・There are always waves in the ocean. Some people may experience seasickness while swimming. If you are prone to motion sickness or are at all concerned, we recommend taking motion sickness medication beforehand.

- * Please understand that there is a possibility you may not encounter sea turtles due to reasons such as their wild nature and sea conditions. We cannot guarantee a 100% encounter rate with sea turtles; this tour is specialized for sea turtle encounters at special spots where the encounter rate is highest. Our skilled instructors, who are well-versed in the local waters, will guide you carefully to maximize your chances of an encounter. * There may be cases where we cannot visit the sea turtle special spots due to ocean conditions, weather, etc. In such cases, for safety reasons, we will guide you to a spot with better sea conditions (a special spot where you can interact closely with tropical fish instead of sea turtles). Please note that no refunds will be provided in this case. * If the weather is poor on the day of the tour, it will be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation criteria. (e.g., if we determine it is impossible to start the tour safely due to lightning, high waves, etc.) * Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs if the tour location is changed or the tour is cancelled after you arrive at the meeting point. Cancellation fees will apply if you choose to cancel due to a change in the tour location. No refunds will be provided. We will conduct check-in once you arrive at the meeting point. After check-in, we will travel for about 15 minutes to the tour location. Please arrive at the meeting point by car, as you will need to follow the guide's vehicle in your own car (rental car, etc.) to the location.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 6 to 60 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please arrive at the meeting place wearing a swimsuit (or clothing that can get wet) and sandals (or footwear that can get wet).
Regarding rental equipment: We will provide the equipment used on the tour (snorkel set, fins, life jacket, marine shoes, etc.). Please see the section on what is included and not included in the price for details.

- Cancellations 181 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–180 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
