[Before you arrive]
■The SBI Mai Fireworks display can only be viewed from the front of the paid viewing area; viewing from the sides or rear is not permitted.

■Please use public transportation when coming to the venue! Please refrain from parking in nearby facilities (such as Aeon Mall, Ks Denki, Shin-Sennan Hospital, etc.) or from any other disruptive behavior such as street parking.

■To passengers using the train: The nearest stations, Nankai Tarui Station and Nankai Okadaura Station, are expected to be extremely crowded. Passengers using IC cards are requested to help alleviate congestion by topping up their IC cards with cash in advance at their boarding station.

■Please refrain from attending if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste, joint pain, nausea, or vomiting.

■Doors open at 15:00 / Show starts at 19:15 / Show ends at 20:15. In case of any changes to the schedule due to weather or other reasons, we will announce it on our official website and social media, so please check regularly.

■Heavy crowds are expected at the entrance, so please allow plenty of time to arrive.

■To avoid congestion after the fireworks display, we will ask you to leave in stages from 8:00 PM onwards. Please remain in your seats until instructed to do so.

■In the event of severe weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms, the event may be unavoidably canceled. In particular, the decision to cancel due to strong winds may be made just before the fireworks display is scheduled to take place. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, we will not compensate for travel expenses or cancellation fees. Please be aware of this if you are traveling from a distant location.

[Regarding the venue on the day of the event]
■Please note that the music may be difficult to hear in some areas.

■On the day of the event, you will be given a wristband for your area at the entrance. We will not reissue wristbands for any reason whatsoever. If you are not wearing a wristband, you will be asked to leave immediately.

■Re-entry is permitted. Please present your wristband at the re-entry gate. If you lose your wristband, you will be denied re-entry.

■Standing is strictly prohibited. Please be sure to sit in your purchased seat while watching the show. Also, to avoid congestion in the venue, please spend as much time as possible in your assigned seat before the fireworks begin.

■Bringing in chairs, tripods, drones, or selfie sticks is prohibited. (Chairs and tripods are permitted only in the designated camera shooting area.)

■ Bringing in equipment such as tents, cooler boxes, and trolleys is not permitted.

■Pets are not allowed inside the venue. We also cannot provide pet-sitting services.

■ You are allowed to bring in your own food and drinks (alcohol is not permitted), but please refrain from bringing in large quantities of food and drinks.

■ You are allowed to bring umbrellas and parasols into the venue, but please refrain from using them in the spectator seating area.

■While there is a designated area for leaving strollers, we do not provide storage services. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or other issues.

■Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for disputes between customers.

[About tickets]
■One preschool-aged child is admitted free of charge with each purchased ticket. Please have them sit on your lap during the show. A paid seating ticket is required for each additional child.

■The wheelchair area allows up to three caregivers to accompany each wheelchair user. Caregivers must purchase a separate ticket for their seat.

■ We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased in error. Please check carefully before purchasing.

■In the event of cancellation, details regarding refunds will be announced on the official website after the decision is made. Please check the official website regularly.

■Tickets purchased through private sales, auction sites, or ticket resale shops are not guaranteed to be valid. Furthermore, reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

■We will not provide any compensation for delays or non-arrivals due to congestion, accidents, etc.

■We will not reissue tickets that are damaged or lost, even if you have proof of purchase (issuance certificate, receipt, or other tickets purchased together).

■The areas you can enter vary depending on the type of ticket you have. Please check carefully before purchasing.

■Entry is not permitted for elementary and junior high school students alone. They must be accompanied by a guardian.
