Group or individual package tours are subject to the standardized domestic tourism contract issued by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of the Republic of China. When you complete the booking, it means that you agree to and accept the terms of the standardized international tourism contract .
A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please confirm your tour number on site and meet in front of the Shinjuku i-Land Tower (in front of the LOVE sculpture).
The booked tour itinerary may be subject to change or cancellation due to traffic conditions and crowding on the day.
In the event that attractions cannot be visited due to inclement weather or traffic conditions, the tour leader reserves the right to modify or cancel parts of the itinerary at any time for the safety of all participants. Participants are not entitled to refunds or fee reductions for such reasons.
Due to road conditions and other factors, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be cancelled on the day of the trip. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please avoid scheduling activities on the evening of the trip.
If you leave the group midway through the trip, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and you will not be entitled to any refund. You will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused as a result.
During free time, please be mindful of your personal safety and belongings. If you fail to heed this advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be solely responsible for the consequences.
Infants aged 2 and under who do not occupy a seat can participate for free. Each adult can only bring one infant who does not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with an adult, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section when making a reservation.
Infants and toddlers aged 2 and under (not occupying a seat) are not entitled to the full-course crab feast and all-you-can-eat freshly picked citrus.
Due to limited space in the luggage storage boxes, please inform us in advance if you wish to bring a large suitcase on board. Whether or not suitcases can be brought on board depends on on-site arrangements. If there is no space in the luggage storage boxes on-site, we regret that we cannot bring suitcases. Thank you for your cooperation.
Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants. For smaller groups, a driver will also serve as the accompanying staff to provide full-trip tour services. No additional tour leader will be provided. Participants are free to explore the attractions at their own pace. Please be aware of this.

The peak seasons for flower viewing and maple viewing may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, the departure will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/maple color conditions, and reservations cannot be cancelled free of charge for this reason. Please be aware of this.
The ripening period of fruits can vary depending on the weather, and it is also possible to eat fruits that have been picked in advance.
If the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, the unfulfilled part of the trip will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the traveler.
Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or older.
The bus and restaurant seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other members of the tour group, depending on the arrangements made by the tour leader and facilities on the day.

Mount Fuji is a natural landscape, and visibility is subject to changes in weather conditions. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to see it.

For example, many tours choose gathering spots in front of major buildings near Shinjuku West Exit or East Exit, ensuring easy accessibility for travelers. Please be sure to confirm the meeting time and location in advance to avoid delaying your itinerary.
