Overtime Fee: 5,000 JPY/hour for service exceeding the scheduled time. (Please pay the driver on-site)

Night Surcharge: An additional 2,000 JPY will be charged for services between 22:00—06:00 (Please pay the driver on-site)

For itineraries involving the Outlet Mall/Anpanman Museum, a vehicle entry fee of 1,000 JPY per vehicle must be paid on-site. Please be aware of this.

1. Please communicate your starting point and destination with customer service;

2.1. This is a private charter car day trip service with round-trip transfers. The service duration is 10 hours. If you exceed this time, you must pay the overtime fee to the driver on-site. The default departure and end point is within Nagoya city; if you require pick-up or drop-off at different locations, the empty-car travel time will be deducted from the total service time.

3. Please ensure you fill in the following information clearly: name, contact number, number of passengers, and travel date;

4. To ensure a smooth service experience, please notify us in time if there are any changes to your itinerary. Thank you for your cooperation.

How to Use

1. The driver will contact you one day in advance via phone or WeChat, using the contact information on your order, to confirm the pick-up time and location. Please ensure your phone is reachable. 2. On the day of your ride, please wait for the driver at the hotel reception/guesthouse at the agreed time. The specific location will be determined with the driver.
