- What you can expect -
Founded in 1997 within Ubud's hinterlands, Mason Elephant Park Bali (formerly known as Elephant Safari Park) was created in response to the challenges faced by the Sumatran forest and wildlife. As Bali's premier elephant rescue haven, Mason shelters 31 critically endangered Sumatran elephants, including six born on these very grounds. The sanctuary spans 4.5 hectares of carefully landscaped terrain in central Bali, recreating the natural habitat of the elephants' native home in Sumatra.
