Luggage Allowance:
Each guest may bring standard travel luggage. Please select an appropriate vehicle size if you have oversized bags, sports equipment, baby strollers, or additional luggage. Extra charges may apply if the selected car type cannot accommodate your items.

Cancellation Policy:
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity starts.
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this occurs, you may either reschedule or request a full refund.
Refunds and changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of force majeure or unexpected circumstances. Such adjustments are subject to merchant/operator approval; KKday is not responsible for unapproved changes or refunds.
Safety Reminder:
Seat belts must be worn at all times. The operator may refuse service to passengers who behave dangerously or violate safety regulations.

We will contact you before the trip via WhatsApp or other messaging apps to confirm your pick-up details.
The driver will wait up to 60 minutes at hotels or apartments, (starting from the actual landing time). After this waiting period, if we cannot reach you or you are not present, the driver will leave and the service will be considered completed.
