The total mileage for private charter car is limited to 100 kilometers. If the mileage exceeds this limit, an extra mileage fee of 300 yen per kilometer will be charged.
Private charter car time is 5 hours/8 hours (including normal travel time). If the time limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 6,000 yen per hour will be charged.
If the departure and arrival points are not within the selected package area, an additional fee of 10,000 yen or more will be charged each time, depending on the distance.
If you require a child seat, please specify when placing your order. The first child safety seat is provided free of charge; the second child seat costs 2500 yen (a child seat occupies 1-1.5 seats).
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.
