Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• We reserve the right to cancel your parasailing activity due to changes in weather or sea conditions, even the day before, during the meeting time, at the site, or after departure. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, we cannot compensate for transportation costs, etc., even if the cancellation occurs during or after the meeting time. Thank you for your understanding.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・Single travelers will share the boat with other passengers. ・Tour content may be changed or canceled due to weather, sea conditions, or equipment malfunction. ・For safety reasons, please always follow the instructions of the staff. ・Those who have been drinking or are hungover are not allowed to participate. (Drinking is not permitted on board.) ・Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant are not allowed to participate. ・If you are feeling unwell or have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult us in advance. ・Due to the wearing of harnesses, skirts and dresses are not permitted. ・You may bring smartphones, cameras, etc., but we are not responsible for any damage caused by dropping, submersion in water, or malfunction. ・Please contact us if you will be late for the meeting time. If you are late, you may not be able to participate. ・For safety reasons, staff may refuse your participation on the day of the tour.

Reservations are required in advance, so please contact us by the day before your desired participation date if you wish to participate. ・Parasailing may be canceled due to changes in weather or sea conditions, even the day before, during the meeting, at the site, or after departure. Please understand. ・For safety reasons, the staff will determine the number of passengers (1-4) based on the wave and wind conditions and weight on the day of the parasailing. We will try to arrange flights with guests from the same group as much as possible, but please understand that in some cases you may be asked to ride with staff or other guests. ・If you rent a GoPro, some data may not be captured depending on the shooting conditions. ・Please use the restroom before departure.
