Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• We reserve the right to cancel your parasailing activity due to changes in weather or sea conditions, even the day before, during the meeting time, at the site, or after departure. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, we cannot compensate for transportation costs, etc., even if the cancellation occurs during or after the meeting time. Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・Solo travelers may be required to share a boat with other passengers. ・Tour content may be changed or canceled due to weather, sea conditions, or equipment malfunction. ・For safety reasons, please always follow the instructions of the staff. ・Those who have been drinking or are hungover are not permitted to participate. (Drinking is not permitted while on board.) ・Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant are not permitted to participate. ・If you are feeling unwell or have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult us in advance. ・Due to the wearing of harnesses, skirts and dresses are not permitted. ・You may bring smartphones, cameras, etc., but we are not responsible for any damage caused by dropping, submersion in water, or malfunction. ・Please contact us if you will be late for the meeting time. If you are late, you may not be able to participate. ・For safety reasons, staff may refuse your participation on the day of the tour. ・For safety reasons, the boat may occasionally be launched into the water.
