Chessington World of Adventures tickets

Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

Meeting point description: On arrival go to the turnstiles and scan your barcode to enter the park. The ticket is only valid on the day booked. Please note that you will need to go through security checks before reaching the turnstiles(Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Leatherhead Rd, Chessington KT9 2NE, Regno Unito)

Please note that some experiences (shops, restaurants, indoor experiences) may be unavailable or have restrictions on the number of guests to ensure social distancing. Attractions may close areas/exhibits at their discretion on the date of your visit

No child or children under the age of 16 will be admitted to the attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years. Children must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times

Children under 3 years old receive free entry and do not require a pre-booked ticket. They will receive a ticket for entry at admissions

The park and all rides operate normally in the rain (all rides are subject to availability)

Using a smartphone, you MUST book a slot for FREE to ride Mandrill Mayhem, ON THE DAY when visiting. Slots to ride Mandrill Mayhem will be bookable from 9.45 am ON THE DAY of your visit via our Reserve & Ride website, which can also be accessed via the Chessington app or by scanning the QR codes located at the Resort. If you are unsuccessful in acquiring a place in the virtual queue at 9.45 am, more slots will be released at regular intervals throughout the day
