Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event may be canceled due to weather conditions (such as typhoons). Depending on the wind direction, we may ask you to change the time.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled. Please be aware of this in advance. - Individuals with high blood pressure, pneumonia, asthma, or obesity, which are risk factors for swimming-induced pulmonary edema, can participate in the tour, but please understand that the risk is high.
Other special notes:
- Participation is open to those aged 2 to 80, however, due to the recent increase in swimming-induced pulmonary edema, the risk is higher for those over 40, so please participate with this understanding. [What is swimming-induced pulmonary edema?] When you enter the water, water pressure causes blood to pool from your limbs to the center of your chest, rapidly increasing the pressure on the blood vessels of your heart and lungs. If the blood vessels cannot withstand this pressure, the liquid component of the blood leaks into the lungs, leading to drowning. Those with high blood pressure or heart disease are at higher risk. *You can participate in the course, but please be aware of the high risk involved.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
