Product Info

  • We are Five Stage, a marine shop in Miyako Island. Our goal is to be a shop where you can "play from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep ♪," and we started with five main genres: diving, snorkeling, kayaking, night activities, and nature observation. Of course, what all these genres have in common is that we want you to have fun and want to come back again. We are still a newly opened shop, so you may find some things inconvenient, but we would love to hear your feedback so that we can become a shop that feels even more familiar to you.

  • We will guide you to the world-famous diving spots of Miyako Island. Miyako Island's diving spots are famous for their dynamic topography, showcasing magnificent formations such as caves, drop-offs, and arches. Of course, there are other spots as well. It is also famous for its high visibility throughout the year. We operate with small groups, so even those who haven't dived in a while can easily inquire.
  • Enjoy diving in the night sea.
  • Let's go see the ocean, which looks different during the day. While diving in the ocean where bioluminescent plankton glow, let's look for sleeping fish and nocturnal crustaceans! Gaze at the stars and experience a world that feels otherworldly.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • Tours may be canceled due to weather or ocean conditions. In such cases, we cannot compensate for transportation costs to the tour location. Furthermore, tours may be canceled midway through due to sudden deterioration of weather conditions. Once a tour has started, we cannot refund the tour fee. Please understand this in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
