Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Hot air balloons are highly susceptible to rain and wind. We will cancel the flight if we determine that it is impossible to fly.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- If we determine that the total weight of the aircraft will be exceeded, we will limit the number of passengers. Please note this if you weigh more than 80kg or if you are traveling with preschool children. In case of lateness, the flight time may be shortened depending on weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding. Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian. Departure times will vary depending on the sunrise time.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
