Ideal for a leisurely lunch with a view, featuring a buffet selection of starters and desserts, plus your choice of main such as grilled king salmon or braised lamb shank. Great for gatherings with friends or family.

2. Hillside Turf and Surf Night Dinner Set 

A perfect pick for those craving both seafood and steak. Choose from slow-cooked veal short rib or upgrade to premium wagyu, each served with tiger prawn, with optional add-ons like foie gras, half Boston lobster, or scallops for an extra-indulgent touch. (The set menu includes slow-cooked veal short rib. Guests may upgrade to Wagyu tenderloin for an additional HK$100 or Wagyu steak for an additional HK$200. All upgrades are subject to a 10% service charge.)
